For many out of stock items we have a "Notify When Available" option. Please note once you receive word that this item is available, it's up to you to act! 1. Can I place an order? Will deliver the package?

Yes, we are still accepting and shipping orders however due to increased volume there may be some delays and we cannot guarantee same day shipping at this time.

2. What's the status of my order and delivery?

You can track your orders by logging into your account and checking your order history. If your order still shows pending there may be a warehouse delay or stock issue holding up your order. Warehouse delays are due to increased volume and could set back your shipment up to 7 business days. Order stocking issues are due to inventory shortage where we will ship your order at the earliest available stock date. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has shipped.

3. Can I still make returns?

Yes, we are still processing returns however due to COVID-19 and the increase demand for certain products we are currently not allowing returns on these select items. If an item is non-returnable it will show this icon on the product page.
